- We work with www.booking.com and and you can check availability, ask for a quote and make a reservation directly through their pages or your preferred travel agency.

- WE HAVE A MINIMUM STAY OF 2 NIGHTS.
- THERE ARE DISCOUNTS FOR STAYS LONGER THAN 4 NIGHTS.
Deposits
- Normally we ask for a deposit of 20% of the total price to reserve your apartment. On the pages of booking.com this is done by credit card.
- If the reservation is directly through us you may make the deposit by credit card or bank transfer. You will always receive a receipt.
- During the high season (15 June until 14 September and for other important events / festivals (such as the Medusa), we ask for 50% deposit (by card, cash or bank transfer) when you make the reservation.
- You can pay the balance of your account by cash or card during your stay.
- We always issue an invoice.
Cancellation Policy
- We understand that sometime a cancellation is unavoidable. We will always work with you to find a solution. You never lose your deposit, it is always held in account with us for a future reservation for up to 9 months after the date of the original reservation.
- If it is possible to chage your dates to others depending on availability and price we will organise this and send a confirmation by email.
- If it is impossible for you to give us other dates in the near future, your deposit is held on account for 9 months. Contact us directly in the future to organise the new reservation.
CANCELLATION COSTS
- Up to 12:00 30 days before your reservation we will return your deposit as soon as is possible.
- Up until 12:00 7 days before your reservation there is a cancellation charge of 50% of the total price.
- 24 hours before the arrival date or if you don't arrive 100% will charged.
